Khristian Villeda is from Newburgh, NY, and has lived in the Shoals area since 2023. He graduated from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Political Science, focusing on Public Administration. His passion for immigration law was sparked by his mother’s long and challenging journey to U.S. residency and citizenship — a process made possible by a dedicated attorney who inspired Khristian to pursue a career helping others navigate the legal system.

Khristian began working with La Raza Legal, LLP as an intern in August 2024 and has since become a full-time assistant. As a first-generation Latino American with roots in Honduras, he takes pride in building meaningful connections with the clients he serves, using his personal experiences to empathize with their struggles and celebrate their victories.
